With me you’ll have to go slow as I’m a shy guy in need of socialization. Once I’m familiar with walking on leash you’ll see that I’m a guy that’s in need of a lot of activity. Having a fenced yard to explore in or someone that would take me hiking would be wonderful for me. I love, love, love peanut butter and will go crazy over a peanut butter stuffed kong. If you stick it in the freezer that would be even better so I can have a tasty frozen treat. I’m crate trained, I appear to be housetrained, and I know commands for sit, down, and stay. I’m also deaf! I learned commands with hand signals instead of words. My last family decided they could no longer keep me, so I’m back with my SPCA family searching for the best family ever! My new family will need to be patient while we learn to communicate with each other. I love to play with some other dogs, but can be selective with who meets my standards. I’m a gal of discerning taste – not just any old dog will do for me. I need to find a home without cats since I find them a bit too fascinating. I’m usually a refined, sophisticated lady, but sometimes I get silly and I love to roughhouse. My favorite past times are giving hugs, chewing on bones, and going for car rides. Please take me home! In addition to being gorgeous, Rocko is also smart! He is house and crate trained, and knows sit, lay down and stay. He is also neutered, heartworm negative and current on his vaccines. Rocko is somewhat low energy, but will still have bursts of puppy energy- he still a young Pittie, after all! He loves to sleep on the couch with his humans and really enjoys car rides- he is even happy sitting in the car when it is not moving! Rocko’s favorite toys are plastic bones and braided toys that are made by Kong, especially one that looks like a monkey. He has a large pillow bed that he uses as his base and as bed at night. Like most Bullies, Rocko loves all food and will do whatever it takes to get some! One of his favorite activities is to sit in the fenced backyard in the sun to have some alone time. He is not fond of thunderstorms and is not particularly happy being by himself- he would much rather hang out with you!

I’m one spunky girl who needs an equally active owner that will keep me entertained. I love life & am very motivated to please my owner. The perfect home for me would be with someone who can provide me with daily runs, playtime in a fenced in back yard and trips to the dog park. It would also be nice for me to have interactive toys such as tug-a-jugs or buster cubes to help keep my mind working so I don’t get bored. Since I’m so athletic and can easily jump a 6′ fence (and maybe even higher), I always need to be supervised outside. Precious was taken from her first home because she was being abused and neglected. She was then given to her current foster mom, who is now trying to find Precious the very best home she can. She certainly deserves it and she is a great dog! She listens well and walks very nicely on a leash. Precious is good with kids and even cats! She likes male dogs, but doesn’t get along with female dogs, which is very typical for Bullies. Precious has never shown aggression towards people at all and will even let things be taken out of her mouth. However, she does not like other dogs around her food, which is something that could be worked on with consistent training.

This sweet Precious girl loves going on car rides and getting meat bones. She is a good, well-behaved    Pittie that doesn’t even jump on people. She just sits patiently and waits. Now she’s waiting for her forever home…please don’t make Precious wait too long!
