Well done for loosing all that weight...don't forget to keep exercising...

There is a misconception that exercise makes you tired, but that’s not necessarily the case. It may do this to you the first few times, but as you get fit you will find you have more energy. Couple exercise with adequate sleep, you shouldn’t have any problem getting up in the morning and getting going. Plus, you’ll be energized all day long, which will help you to make it through your workday much easier.

Don't eat anything that is white. Think about most foods that are white and chances are you shouldn't be eating it. Specifically, I'm talking about white bread, pasta, sugar, white rice, and most milk products. Healthy foods like cauliflower, chicken, turkey, fish are all exceptions to this rule. Based on Tio's current eating habits, I didn't think he was all too worried about cauliflower anyway.

Only drink water, NOTHING else! How about coffee? Just to keep any possible withdrawal headaches at bay, one small cup of organic black coffee is ok. Can you add half and half?...Well is it white?

Don't eat anything with the word wheat in the ingredients list. What if it's whole wheat? Look, if the word starts with W and ends in T and has the letters h-e-a in between, you can't eat it.

When downloading many jazz and classical CD's into itunes the CD's are broken up into many different CD's. iTunes will take a single CD and create two to five CD's from a single disc, or an opera on two CD's can be broken up into as many as 15 different pieces. iTunes will not allow me to regroup these into a normal/usable grouping. It appears that iTunes is probably best suited for pop music rather than classical or jazz. I am always extremely frustrated when using iTunes to copy my CD's onto my iMac, the program creates garbage. Also iTunes can not find album artwork about half the time. How can I download artwork into iTunes?

Thank you. I didn't know that, and didn't see it in a Google search. That's a lot less work than the method I used.
