		<description>&lt;p&gt;Kind of scary eh? Both shimr and I started as OS/2 administrators, but after 6- 8 months I was moved to the RS/6000 team working on AIX and ADSM.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So it shouldn't change things that much.&lt;/p&gt;
